ELU RENT was born from a project built with passion, dedication, and attention to detail.

We are Luca and Elisa, a young couple with experience in high-end hospitality, gained in Italy and abroad.

Together with our team, we chose to bring this approach to Assisi, creating a reality that combines carefully curated hospitality with an authentic setting, in one of the most captivating cities in Italy.

Our residences are located within real historic buildings, including the first male Benedictine monastery in Assisi and palaces that span centuries of history, with origins dating back to as early as the 11th century.

Each stay is designed to offer a balance between modern comfort and the identity of the place, while preserving the authentic character of the spaces.

Our goal is to welcome every guest in a simple, professional, and attentive way, offering an experience that is consistent with the history and unique atmosphere of Assisi.
