Beneath the ancient walls of a 13th-century Benedictine monastery lies an extraordinary place where history and wellbeing meet. Among Roman columns, millenary stones, and spaces left untouched by time, the soul of ancient Asisium and its water-related cult comes back to life.

Discovered during restoration works on the monastery, this space preserves archaeological remains dating back more than two thousand years: an authentic and perfectly preserved heritage, still capable today of conveying a profound sense of peace and wonder.

The wellness journey is inspired by the ancient Roman thermal tradition and guides the body through environments with different temperatures, in a slow and restorative experience designed to rediscover balance, lightness, and inner harmony.
